What photo should I upload?
One photo of the front of the home, taken straight on in daylight. Your listing photographer's main exterior shot is ideal.
How many copies can I print?
As many as you like. You get a letter-size PDF to print at home, at the office, or at a print shop.
Can I use it for photos that aren't homes?
No. Every upload is checked, and only home exteriors are turned into coloring pages.
Do I need to redo my cartoon every time?
No. Your cartoon portrait is drawn once and saved, so each new listing only needs the house photo.
Is the monthly plan really unlimited?
Prints are always unlimited. Monthly plans include up to 30 new pages per agent each month, plus 2 free redraws per page.
Can my whole team or office use it?
Yes. The Team plan covers up to 5 agents for $19.99 a month, and the Brokerage plan covers up to 25 agents for $59 a month with your brokerage logo on every page.
